Kevin Coggins & Heather Coggins
 
“Genuinely blessed” is the couple’s overall feeling. “We don’t take our
success lightly or for granted.” Having been married for 17 years, they are
not only partners in marriage, but in business as well. Although it is not
always easy, “We try to stick with what we know and do best and in the end, compliment each other’s talents and abilities.“ This has proven very successful.  Heather and Kevin are members at Peoples Memorial Church in Burlington, NC.
 
Meet Kevin:
 
Having devoted the last 20 years to sales and construction, 5 years ago
Kevin decided to pursue his dream by earning his general contractor’s
license and beginning his own construction company. A keen eye for
quality and craftsmanship, knowledge, and expertise provide the fundamentals for a successful business. Honesty, integrity, and hard work best describe his work ethic and keep customers returning. Kevin is also perusing his pilot's license.
 
As a husband and father of 3 girls, Kevin spends his spare time coaching soccer, attending his daughter’s games and other activities. His personal hobbies include boating, fishing, hunting, plus training and handling his yellow labrador, Jake, in hunt tests. He enjoys spending time with his family at the beach and the mountains.
 
 
Meet Heather:
 
Joining husband, Kevin, as co-owner and manager of sales and marketing for  K-Built Construction, Heather’s experience in business management, customer service, and design has been extremely valuable.  Having either managed or owned/operated businesses in the service industry for the last 20 years, she understands the value and importance of timely, accurate and most of all, personal service. Thus, K-Built was formed around the philosophy that for a company to succeed, it must EXCEED each client’s expectations. “Our business has allowed me to fulfill my passion of decorating by providing services to our residential and commercial clients, but it doesn’t stop there. I have the opportunity to help design and create their outdoor paradise, including pools, spas, and outside living areas. It couldn’t be a more rewarding combination of all the things I love,” exclaims, Heather. Heather extends her design consultation services at no additional charge for construction and pool customers. Her decorating services can also be hired for other projects.  
 
Heather’s hobbies revolve around spending time with her husband and 3 daughters, Adrienne, Madison, and Morgan. She enjoys decorating, reading, and most of all, spending time at the beach. Shopping is definitely high on the list, although she tries to concentrate on purchasing for her interior decorating customers!
